Located in Buritaca, Finca La Selvita provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. The lodge offers a continental or American breakfast. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hidden gem. The mule pick-up service added a unique touch, making us feel like true adventurers as we arrived at the property. Our room had breathtaking views and we couldn't get enough of the ever-changing panorama and the sounds of the river stream and birds around us. We enjoyed Polo's culinary skills, showcasing local flavors and ingredients. The chocolate tour was an absolute highlight! Learning about the process while indulging in treats was an experience we won't soon forget. Also the inclusion of local fruits from the grounds was a delightful touch. It felt like a genuine connection to the land and its offerings. From the moment we arrived to the second we left, Polo's warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. If you're seeking a getaway that combines stunning scenery, outstanding cuisine, and unforgettable experiences, look no further than this hidden gem!

Offering a private beach area, Playa Pikua Ecolodge is a solar-powered property situated in Guachaca between two rivers and the Caribbean sea. This was exactly what we were looking for. It was in a perfect location that had direct access to the beach and jungle. The hotel was quiet and perfect for relaxing. Plus, the beach bars a short walk away (but far enough to not hear their music) had a lively atmosphere that we could pop in and out of. Perfect combination. The staff was also incredibly sweet and helpful. Very grateful for them.

Offering sea views, Finca Cuipo in Buritaca offers accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. A balcony with mountain views is offered in each unit. What makes this place so great, as so many have alluded to, is Fiona and Helmut - lovely, hospitable hosts who do everything they can to make you feel welcome. Loved the breakfasts and Helmut’s cooking in the evening was excellent too. The location is just magnificent and the views from the Finca and from the poolside are unforgettable - banana trees, jungle and the beautiful coastline. It is a rustic place but with lots of beautiful touches and a great spot from which to totally unwind and escape - though we also used it as a base to explore nearby Tayrona National Park and Palomino, both short bus rides away from the bottom of the hill. Thank you guys for sharing your slice of paradise with us, we miss it already!

Situata a La Poza, la Reserva Atashi offre una terrazza. Al mattino vi attende una colazione continentale o americana. La Reserva Atashi vanta un'area giochi per bambini. Julian and Camilla are great, friendly and reliable hosts. The location of Reserva Atashi is a heaven of quietness and peacefulness with great views and beautiful birds surrounding you. The sheltered dining terrace where all meals are served has a great view as well and Julian treated us with fresh and tasty food every day and we could freely pick our meal times. Swimming all by ourselves in the 15-minute downhill-walk river with cristal clear waters was phantastic and one ends up asking oneself why one should go for swimming in the sea instead after all. The cabanas balcony and open bathroom with complete privacy all day long completed a perfect stay with complete detachment from all worries of city life. After 4 nights we felt that our "batteries" were fully recharged. Reserva Atashi is a place that we will remember for a long time as a complete source of energy and happiness!
