I loved the ride to the hotel by the snow taxi. when we arrived, the staff were very welcoming and genuinely friendly. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced such hospitality where every single member of staff have been authentically welcoming. we felt looked after at all times. The food was delicious and I tried every single beer they had and some wine. the spa was a perfect way to finish our stay. our dogs loved the snow. we feel very relaxed and will definitely come back. thank you and keep doing what you’re doing.

The hotel is in a great location just an 8 minute walk from the train stations and about 8 minute walk to the gondola as well. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. We even ate dinner in the restaurant downstairs and it was great to try some traditional Swiss food.
