My wife and I loved everything about Shrub Lodge. We stayed for 6 perfect nights. It is situated in a very good central quite residential location very close to the Falls and town centre. We think this is a new or recently built lodge, much more modern than any lodge we saw in Victoria Falls. The grounds, lobby, restaurant and spacious, modern high ceiling rooms were perfect. Great strong warm shower too. Our room had a modern, clean bathroom with a walk in shower and stand alone bath tub. The modern room furnishings and high quality queen size bed and bed sheets/ white new comforter was great too. There is also a beautiful clean pool in the middle of the lodge. So much attention to detail in this resort. The service we received from every single staff member at the lodge was so fantastic it is hard to describe . We literally felt like we were with family from the reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff to the Lodge drivers. One huge benefit was how easily we booked all of our safari tours, evening shows , boat tours and transportation through the lodge with great ease and for fair pricing. The included breakfast was also very enjoyable with a good variety of items and gentle, great service. All in all, this is the best lodge my wife and I have every stayed in.

Shongwe Lookout was a gem of a find. Pick up taxi from the airport was arranged for us. we were warmly greeted upon arrival and show to a very beautiful, large room, which had everything that we could possibly need. AC, mosquito nets, safe, huge shower and most important of all, a huge, comfy bed. We were lucky to arrive on Friday as that is Braai Night. Great selection of very tasty food. Breakfast was delicious. Lots to choose from, both at the continental buffet and warm, served breakfast. Reception are very happy to advise on, and arrange trips to the Victoria Falls by helicopter with MJair Helicopters and the Sunset Cruise on the Zambezi River with Pure Africa Dinner Cruises. Top class experiences with both of these companies. Moses took great care of us at the bar and we enjoyed discussing and watching the Rugby World Cup with him. Overall, a truly wonderful place to stay.

Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Service from staff was exceptional. Good choice of excursions could be booked through PheZulu front desk with minimal fuss and transport easily arranged. Breakfast and dinner was very good quality.

The room was lovely and the bed was amazing. The air con and fan above the bed worked well. The staff helped me prepare a birthday surprise. Easy $10 taxi fare into town and the falls. Staff also helped coordinate transfer to/from airport along with booking say excursions. Balcony was a great size. Easy access to dining. Beautiful layout of wooden flooring built around trees - felt like a true lodge. Would stay again!

Incredible! We had the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful new lodge and couldn’t have been more pleased with every aspect. Staff communicated professionally and friendly throughout our reservation process and during our stay. While we were on site, the Owners and staff took time to converse with us daily and make sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. The property itself is beautiful from room design and furnishings to landscape design and common areas to gather. Very clean, secure, and great location for visiting local tourists attractions. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay at this new lodge. Attention to detail from construction to customer care is wonderful. This is a true gem!

Africa nature at it's best! Clean, easily accessible cottage. Very quiet, safe place to stay. Services were friendly, helpful and meals were delicious. Views of the bush with a pond! Sit on the front porch and see baboons, rhino, antelope, giraffe and Impala. What a treat! Will go back
