Located within Custer State Park, it is right in the middle of all the things one can do in the park. It is far enough off of State Highway Alt16 that it offers a really peaceful setting. It is also right next door (5 min walk) to the State Game Lodge which has an excellent restaurant. It also has a very nice outdoor courtyard with tables and a great place to enjoy the animals that wonder up. We saw a small group of bighorn sheep.

Arrived late but clear instructions were given and once we arrived we were greeted and had any questions answered and were led to our room. We were exhausted... Tayler and family were fantastic and in the am we had coffee together and talked about sights on our journey. Dog was happy to have room to run. People were so kind. It’s a Mom and Pops type of place. It was nice to use the indoor pool and spa. The housekeeping staff made sure to keep the room stocked with fresh towels, soap and shampoo. The room we stayed in had two queen beds, microwave, fridge and table and chairs. We enjoyed our stay.
