The staff were fantastic and every little detail was perfect. We were celebrating my partners birthday with a trip around Canada. We were only staying one night and were greeted with a bottle of fizz and it was one of our favourite places out of the trip. Even better than the chateau Lake Louise! Would love to come back and stay for a lot longer.

This location, while they accommodate many visitors, did not feel touristy at all! Everyone was so friendly, the restaurants and lounges were so relaxed, upstairs had a billiard table, and everyone felt at home at this lodging experience. It was the perfect, casual, visit to celebrate. And the food was amazing! Thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and helpful during our visit!

Room had a fireplace in it and logs which we didn't use as weather was hot. Handy shuttle bus takes you from car park to welcoming hotel reception. Great position on Emerald lake, very scenic. You can hire canoes on the lake.

I had breakfast on both mornings and two evening meals, all were delicious. The staff were first class and attentive. My room was lovely, a comfortable bed with warm duvet. Great products in the bathroom, good quality towels and all the extra amenities. Shower was a good pressure with plenty of hot water. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay and would certainly recommend Emerald Lake Lodge.
