I enjoyed every single moment touring the campus.
I enjoyed every single moment touring the campus. The students and faculty staff where so nice to answer questions. I even met an IB student from Korea (it was exciting for me because my son is also an IB student). Speaks perfect English. You couldn't tell she's not from the states. She has no accent. (My mother, who was born in Puerto Rico and has been in Florida since the 1980's has an accent and half that sometimes I have to ask her to repeat herself several times to understand what she is saying or to just tell me in Spanish, oi vey). I was, no, I AM so proud of her. She has no family here, but has made friends at the university. If I ever see her again I will sure tell her to stay in America and that she has a family with me. Side Note: I know there's so much PC everywhere nowadays, but I don't care. This girl blew my mind. She answered the questions others couldn't answer. I wish I could remember her name or given her my information just in case she needed something. I'm so proud of her and I'm not even her parent. To come here...foreign...with no one..I couldn't do that. It scares me just thinking about it.
