Lithia Park is pretty, deer and wild turkeys wander around.
Lithia Park is pretty, deer and wild turkeys wander around. Nice for a walk. The drinking fountain is at the edge of the park next to the visitor’s information booth. Right now the special lithia fountain is from a spring, and has a bit of lithium as well as barium in it, and it tastes a bit funky. to quench our thirst we drank out of the regular fountains which were also on hand. Also there is a playground for kids and easy access to the creek, which is also next to the playgrounds

We never tire of walking this park before and after plays.
We never tire of walking this park before and after plays. Bird watchers can seek out Dippers in the creek. In late spring, the rhodedendrons flourish. Enjoy the children on the well-designed playground. Good for a quick stroll or a long one high up the mountain. Path is well-maintained, so special shoes not required.ClariceUnited States of America
