One of the favourite museums I have been to, a true triumph.

One of the favourite museums I have been to, a true triumph. Get there at least two hours earlier than you thought you would need so you can take your time and soak it in - it's a real 15th century longboat, you can peek inside from the balcony and see the actual boards these people stood on, and on the ground floor there are some of the skeletal remains of the very people who walked on said boards - it's incredible!!!!

Vasa is a ship that sunk in 17th century and was conserved...

Vasa is a ship that sunk in 17th century and was conserved in the mud, which allowed to salvage it at our days almost intact. I was amazed. You can view it from outside at different levels from the bottom to the top. There also cloth, shoes, dishes and many more items from the chests of the crew and scientifically restored appearances of the men and women drowned with the ship, they're made so natural that you can't believe that they aren't alive. I'd definitely recommend to visit.

It's a big, modern hotel in a slightly off-center location. There's a supermarket on the same block, pharmacies and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. My room was quiet. Public transportation (tram and bus) to the city center are in front of the door. Walking down the street, there's a ferry service (Emelie) at the Luma Brygga going directly to the Djurgården island (Vasa Museum, Skansen, etc), which is a lot nicer than going the long way around with land transportation.

The location was perfect! It was in the middle of all the bustle with many restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and system bolagets (liquor store) around. All the major attractions were also close by (e.g., Vasa museum). We also loved the daily breakfast - it had a wide spread of different foods to satisfy all kinds of people and the food was fresh. The city is super walkable and the hotel is a great central point.

Breakfast was great! Lots of choices for different diets. The location of the Hotel was perfect for what we wanted to see in Stockholm. We could walk to the Vasa Museum, but we took an Uber in the AM to beat the crowds and then walked back to the hotel. We got off our cruise ship early the morning of our stay and they let us check into our room before the check in time. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious. Location is great for walking to Gamla Stan. Quick tram ride to Vasa Museum/Junibacken and surrounding museums. Steps to Arlanda Express and Central Station but no noise from there. Breakfast selection is good.

The hotel location was excellent. We were able to walk to many areas and only used a taxi when going to the Vasa Museum and airport. The buffet breaksfast had a very large selection & we never had to wait to be seated. Our room was also excellent except for one feature which will be addressed below.
