It's nice. Bit hilly here and there on a hot summer day.
It's nice. Bit hilly here and there on a hot summer day. I actually preferred the folk museum in Oslo which I went round in winter. This was a little too much of a lot of the the same farm buildings. Schoolhouse and Church were excellent though.ConnieUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10
Do not miss this museum.
Do not miss this museum. It's an incredible experience to see the recreation of history in a real outdoor setting. Plan to spend a lot of time there. The docents (dressed in costumes to match the era) are wonderful. Kids-friendly place with things to interest youngsters like chalkboards in the old school and outdoor games near the train station.
