There is an elevator you can take from the part of the station which is the to Shinshigae mall. There’s unlimited water and foods (ramen, bread, even ice cream 😁). The receptionists don’t speak much English but it’s fine. It’s a love hotel but some guests who wants to find a place near the railway station find this place as a practical option.
