Fontana di Trevi
Much to the annoyance of his fellow gods who chose to simply materialise, Oceanus preferred to travel by cumbersome shell-shaped chariot. Constructed in 1762 at the height of the baroque, the Trevi Fountain is one of the world’s most elaborate – and romantic – fountains. The God Oceanus is the fountain’s centrepiece. Swimmers take heed: beware of the vigilant fountain police!

Go early and miss the crowds!
Go early and miss the crowds! We went in the evening, still a fair amount of people were around but the light was fading and we didn't get as nice photo's as we were hoping for. If you want those great insta shots, I cant stress this enough, go SUPER early in the morning

Hard to find (no signage, not even street signs); so crowded we could barely see it (this was in the off season). There were other fountains in Rome that seemed much more attractive. This one just seems famous from the movies and songs.

I saw on travel videos before I got there that the place around the fountain was a zoo. I did not experience that. It was around 3pm when we wandering by and were able to get multple pics of just us enjoying the fountain and tossing a coin.

A lovely fountain - much larger than I imagined. You walk along narrow cobblestone walkways to get there, then suddenly you are in the square looking at this amazing fountain with aqua blue water. A bit of a walk from the bus stop but certainly worth seeing!

Beautiful large iconic fountain tucked away in the midst of many restaurants and gelateria! Don’t forget to ensure a return trip to Rome by turning your back to the fountain, making a wish, and throwing a coin over your left shoulder with your right hand!

The apartment is pretty big - so is the bed. It is stylish (lights, marble, wood etc). The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. The best value comes from the location, right in the city heart. It is at walking distance from the Coliseum, the Forums, the Trevi fountain etc. Just perfect. Good walkers (not with small kids) can even walk up to the Vatican.
Numerous restaurants not far.
The hotel is situated in a perfect and central location. It's only 7mins away from Trevi Fountain, 10mins to Piazza Novana just round the corner for Campo dei Fiori etc... Apart from the exceptional location, all the staff was really friendly and approachable. Great and helpful receptionists who gave us some useful tips and suggested restaurants! Will surely book this hotel again in my next visit.
The apartment is located in the very center of Rome. The location is exceptional. In addition to being close to several sights of Rome (Trevi fountain, Spanish steps...), it is surrounded by charming Roman streets full of restaurants, cafes and boutiques. The apartment had everything needed for a short stay. The next time we come to Rome, we will definitely stay here.
We absolutely loved it. Beautiful spacious apartment close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and the bathroom included toiletries, toothbrush and slippers too! Instructions for access were easy to follow and the owner and housekeeper stayed in contact to make sure everything was going smoothly. Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to friends and family
The apartment is in a great location, just round the corner from the trevi fountain. Very spacious and comfortable and very clean. Smart TV with all the usual apps. Access is up quite a few stairs which was no problem for us, but people with limited mobility may find this an issue.
Overall a fantastic apartment and would definitely stay again!
The hotel was located very close to the Trevi Fountain and within about a 20 min walk to Navona, Pantheon, Campo Di Fiori .
Lovely staff. Clean rooms. Great location.
The bed in the bedroom was Comfy. Although we where a short taxi ride from the colesseum and trevi fountain, we where very close to the Vitican and St Peter's square. All the streets in between where beautiful so it's worth taking a little more time to walk and enjoy the streets and cafes and restaurants in between. The garden outside the apartment was beautiful and very quirky.
Clean and tidy apartment - location perfect and hosted wonderfully. Quiet street but so close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Barberini Metro 150m away so perfect base for exploring Rome.
The location was unbelievable. Downstairs were some great restaurants and it was so close to Trevi Fountain. The apartment was clean and beautiful. Had everything you could require. The staff were very helpful and set us up with a group chat a little bit before we arrived to Rome. If we had any questions we messaged and were helped straight away.
Hotel location was amazing.
2 minutes walk to Spanish Steps.
10 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain.
20-30 walk to most other sights of interest.
1 minute walk to metro.
Nice shops & restaurants all nearby.
Communication with owner very good and easy - all by whatsapp.
Room served purpose for what we wanted for a few days in Rome.
Was very well presented & smelt beautiful
Was able to drop bags before check in & pick bags up after check out which was really helpful.

Rome has lots of lovely romantic spots such as the Trevi Fountain which is stunning for a romantic stroll at night time. There are lots of romantic restaurants dotted around too and if you really want to take romantic to a new level then I recommend visiting the Mirabelle restaurant - a rooftop restaurant with a terrace overlooking Rome. It is very pricey but it is stunning.
