There's a historic gate right nearby as well. Despar supermarket and PAM just around the corner. With a little patience, you'll also find parking in the neighbourhood. The multi-plug box for charging our devices was a nice touch.

In a quiet neighbourhood which feels a little distant from the centre, but is in a good location to go either south towards Prato della Valle or North towards the University/station. Good wifi and hosts responded promptly to my email.
