On the day we visited in early July very little information...
On the day we visited in early July very little information about the site was available on site (although the guide book is excellent) as the house that was previously the visitor centre had closed and the new purpose built exhibition centre is due to open in August. It would have been helpful if there had been a temporary exhibition until the new one opened. There is a guided tour but we were too early for it, and 2 friendly young volunteers dressed in period costume the burial site.SarahUnited Kingdom

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent. The Inn is conveniently placed for visiting Sutton Hoo and The Red House, Aldeburgh. Woodbridge in itself is a lovely town to visit.

The rooms were very comfortable and had everything that you would need for a stay. the staff were welcoming , friendly and helpful.

We had a superior room with balcony overlooking the golf course. Had a very nice meal in the hotel in the evening and breakfast was great. The hotel is very well placed for Woodbridge and Sutton Hoo. Would definitely stay again.
