Brilliant place to visit to learn about history.
Brilliant place to visit to learn about history. The information inside in the centre is very detailed and the underground tunnels are amazing to see. You'd easily need a good 3 hours if you want to take everything in/read everything. Headset walking tours are also provided. A 40 minute or 80 minute tour.

Was very busy when we went and also we were on tour so only saw a small part, Was very interesting though and bunker was good too, would return on own so I could take more of it in. currently a larger building is being built so will be even better then.

This is a good museum, but not all the exhibits are...
This is a good museum, but not all the exhibits are explained in English. The new museum to be opened in 2020 will have explanations in English. HOWEVER, our guide from Eagles Nest tours explained everything. The bunker part of the tour should not be missed. One understands that only a megalomaniac could have had this built.

It shows what people lived there before the rise of Hitler and Hitler bought this place and spent most of his time living there, along with other Nazi heritage. Unfortunately you will need to pay euro 4.50 for English audio as everything is explained in German.
