Location, Location, Location! This property is across the street from "The Hole in the Wall Beach" and Niantic's Boardwalk, one of the longest boardwalks in CT over 1 mile long. Niantic is a small seaside New England Village that has all the charm without the traffic. Gift shops, a myriad of 5 Star restaurants, bookstore, bike shops, bakeries, their own playhouse for live performances, children's museum, parks and hiking trails. Clean room, late check in process was very easy and convenient. Staff was very friendly.

This Guilford, CT hotel is also minutes away from popular attractions like the Peabody Museum of Natural History at Yale University, the Connecticut Children's Museum, Gillette Castle State Park and the Hyland House living museum. The place was kept neat and tidy. The room is a good size and was extremely clean - this is one place I will feel comfortable taking a soak in the bathtub - it's that clean! Beds were comfortable and clean - my dad and I both felt refreshed after our stay. Breakfast was adequate with a good variety. There's self-serve waffles of 2 flavors - original and chocolate, hot scrambled eggs and sausages, different types of baked goods, cereals and cold items like yogurt to name a few. Truly value-for-money.

Especially front desk and morning restaurant hostess. But everyone was kind, professional, accommodating. Truly impressive.
