Located 4 blocks from the main square, Taquile Familia Celso offers accommodations in Quinuapata. A complimentary breakfast is served daily. Rooms here are fitted with shared bathroom facilities. Host family was very lovely and caring. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and Celso's stories and information about the Taquile island and it's people were very interesting. He managed to tell us all those things even though he speaks only little english and we speaks only little spanish. Big recommendation for this place.

The room was comfortable and well decorated, everything was spotless and I slept very well. Vidal and Sonia were the most fantastic hosts. The highlight for me was getting to know them and their home. Vidal helped with mototaxi transfers to the other side of the island and Sonia cooked some glorious meals. They also brought a portable heater in case I got cold. Amazing views. Truly a wonderful place - I would highly recommend.

Offering fantastic views of Lake Titicaca Wisny Backpackers Inn offers accommodation in Puno. the Room was very spacious, neat and good located. Nelly, the host, is a very friendly and welcoming lady. Even I was feeling sick due altitude issues, she was very helpful with me and caring.
