If you want to have a Sri Lankan experience, I highly recommend going to Green Villa. Both breakfast and dinner are good. Also, it's on walking distance from Pedro tea plantation and the waterfall.

Watching the sunrise while sipping on some local tea on my balcony was my favourite part.

Located 2 km away from Gregory Lake; 5 minutes walk from the city, Mount Mary Inn features a terrace and views of the mountain. Free private parking is available on site. The location is very easy to walk almost everywhere you’ll need to go. The owner who I communicated with over the Booking.com app was also really helpful and accommodating when I requested a late check out.
