There were not many guests this month (May) so it was very peaceful.Staff was very friendly ( seems like a family run hotel). I arrived in the evening and they even offered dinner and a glass of their own wine. The room was clean and comfortable, so I was very satisfied with the stay, definitely will recommend.

Ubytovanie Jégverem Fogadó sa nachádza v destinácii Sopron. Hostia tu majú k dispozícii terasu, bar a reštauráciu. Lokalita je vynikajúca. Veľmi sa nám páčilo, že sa penzión nachádza v historickej budove s bývalou ľadovňou. Mali sme krásnu izbu so zaujímavým dvojpodlažným architektonickým riešením, z okien romantický výhľad na strechy a mesto. Personál je veľmi sympatický.

Excellent value for money. Family atmosphere. Truly friendly service. Hearty Hungarian and local meals with large portions at the restaurant, with half portion option also available. Locals drop by to the restaurant often.

The Fogadó as well as the restaurant have wonderful people! ❤️ The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable! The host went out of his way to make our stay memorable. The breakfasts were plentiful and yummy 😌
