Prices are very reasonable for a double room and the quality of the bed and furnishings is very high. The location is essentially right in the middle of Howden next to everything, with a convenience store opposite which is great for picking up a sandwich in the morning before work. Downstairs is a pub that shows Sky Sports and serves drinks until late which is great if you're into that.
