The hotel has a warm and comfy vibe, and everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. I would like to specially thank Barbara, who was incredibly kind and made a delicious dinner for me and my kids when we got there late at night and kitchen wasn’t already working. It made us feel so happy and thankful. The breakfast was authentic with local products and very delicious.

Definitely worth driving/ hiking up there and taking it all in with a very friendly staff and delicious food! While the parents are chilling on the terrace the kids can roam safely around and enjoy the playground. Everything was very clean!

Felt very welcomed by the staff, and they were super helpful every time we had some questions. Location is close to everything in town and the ski bus stop is located right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and so is their dinner. Will definitely be back in summer for all the summer activities around. Recommend going to visit the town waterfall when there.

Gasthof Schinwald Kirchenwirt is located in the centre of Irrsdorf in the Flachgau region, a 2-minute drive from Straßwalchen and a 10-minute drive from the Irrsee lake, and offers you Austrian cuisine and en-suite rooms with balcony. Free WiFi is available. Schinwald family was very welcoming to us (family of 3), they made everything they could to make our stay more comfortable. The room was very large and clean, the breakfast was great. We would definitely stay again.

The closest supermarket and a tennis court are within 200 metres from Gasthof-Pension Zum Schweizer. This is a beautiful place to stay, you can see this hotel is loved and cared for, breakfast selection is great as they do a little hot food as well which suits my preference. We had 1 day by the pool which is amazing, the restaurant is fantastic too with the normal amount of choices for this region. Everything we eat was very good but make sure you book as it is popular, there are not too many choices to eat at nearby. Picture below is from our balcony... Incredible!
