The breakfast is included and was the best part of our stay each morning. The rooms are very quaint, and we enjoyed the complementary snacks, daily fresh baked cookies and beverages in the downstairs living room. A must stay if you are coming to the the Cape! The Inn is on a main road with a few restaurants and shops that are all within a few blocks. A car is needed to get to downtown Hyannis but is was only 10 minutes away!

Super pet friendly and so comfortable and cozy Sarah had great taste in decor .The garden was lovely to sit and relax as was the indoor area . I couldn’t believe we were able to get the beautiful room at the Inn. we can’t wait to go back. it is the perfect location to Hyannis, Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and close to the route to Provincetown! so much to see! A nice perk was the Tavern in walking distance from the Inn!
