Really friendly staff and the room was way better than we expected. Shower was large and although the water pressure was not great it was good enough. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room plus a huge walk in closet.

Nice little bar on 2nd floor with reasonably priced drinks, but it isn’t open every evening, and sometimes opened later than advertised. Nice view of Billy Penn atop city hall. Decor could use a little updating/lightening up, but everything was in good repair. All staff that we encountered were pleasant and professional. Loved the guest laundry room—kept spotlessly clean.
