The bed was FANTASTIC, I slept like a baby! I was surprised and very happy to find out that the window actually could open - I love having fresh morning air in my room, I hate the airco air, thanks Comfort Inn! The shower had a nice stream of water instead of a tiny trickle that you often see in hotels. Breakfast was very good, I grabbed a cheese omelette and sausage and waffle, also the coffee was pretty decent.

my car was damaged in the parking lot, there is no security outside to find out who was responsible, not only did I pay to start here but also need to now pay my insurance deductible for the hit and run. I will not be staying at a Hampton Inn again if they can’t take responsibility for my property while parked on there property!

I left too early for breakfast. The front desk staff was helpful. The price was cheap compared to other hotels in the area. It was a good location although not very walkable i.e. no sidewalks anywhere. I wanted to walk to get dinner but I had to drive. The next time I go to Martinsburg I’ll be willing to pay a little bit more money.

My room was very clean. The breakfast was the typical Hampton Inn breakfast. There was a nice selection of hot and cold options. The problem was that the coffee machine was out of order during my entire stay. All of the guests that I came in contact with in the dining area found this very annoying.
