Service was great but the security of the doors were very poor. Door to the pool gaped Bradley and deadlock knobs didn’t function. You could’ve push the door hard to open if tried. Very loose. Other than that all was great staff was very nice.

Very clean, very comfortable, well maintained. Commented about how pleased we were with it to the lady at check out. She said it wasn't always part of a hotel chain but was a stand alone Inn. However, it's still owned by the same person and he has always took good care of it.... we are rarely in Lakeland but both agree we would be more than willing to stay there again.JOHNYoung couple

There was nothing 2 plastic cups. So my romantic plans were ruined. There was only 1 pillow had to ask for another. Overall I don't like to be deceived!
