After booking we received a personalized email from the manager with check-in info that outlined what to expect during our stay along with other useful information on dining and what to do if the office was closed in case we needed anything. The room was nice and clean & the amenities described were provided. We also checked out the Tavern for dinner/drinks - great food, beautiful view and can't remember when we've had such outstanding & friendly service!

The woman at the front desk was very informative, helpful, accommodating since it was our first time staying there. We have stayed at many other places in Killington and this has been our favorite so far!

It has a nice size heating pool, a good size sauna, and an evening bar proving good food. The staff at the desk were always courteous a d professional.

The team was super accommodating throughout the stay. We got in late and there was someone available to help us get checked in such plus when you are traveling far. The inn has a lovely common area to use whenever you'd like. Coming back from the hills with some take out and sitting in the common area was the cherry on top to the stay! Booking.com rates this place 2 stars but if give it 5! Nice work to the staff always happy to support local family businessMMichaelGroup
