Fantastic location; spacious room when traveling with two teenagers; the coupons for the Lake Front Restaurant were greatly appreciated (and it was a delicious breakfast). Fresh towels were brought to our room for our second night, which doesn't happen a lot these days at other hotels.

Our room (actually a suite) was quaint, warm and cozy, the woods around the inn beautiful, the sound of the stream restful and breakfast every day was superb! We felt pampered. Erin was an fantastic host, friendly and helpful, and her breakfasts were so good! We highly recommend staying here. It's just a very short drive to Cooperstown and a wonderful place to stay--just off the beaten track enough to be truly a getaway.

He was honest about our room options due to me bringing a bike with me, he stated. The bathroom is small, but you won't have to carry your bike up 2 flights of stairs. Yes, the bathroom was small, but had everything we needed. Would stay there again.
