After about fifteen minutes of waiting in the hot sun, she appeared from a top floor room but by then we’d had enough and decided to go elsewhere. I was VERY disturbed and angry when I was demanded to give, IN WRITING, the three security numbers, on the back of my credit card, to be allowed to be checked in. I never give my security NUMBER TO ANYBODY. THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. You should inform the Beverly's Guest House to stop this practice immediately.
StellanSolo traveler - 9.4Scored 9.4WonderfulRated wonderful· 61 reviewsThe history of the place, the way the staff made everyone feel at home from the second we arrived, the attention to details, the breakfasts, the lunches on the beach (great idea) and the dinners, the cocktails with a caribbean kick, Halva's hot sauce, the way nothing was too much to ask for (did feel a bit spoilt), the almost empty beach each day with warm calm waters and above all, the one that keeps it all together, the hostess with the mostest, running like clockwork and making everyone from lord to pauper feel like they matter.

The place is clean the housekeeper is very nice as well as the owner or manager he answered the phone when I called I wish I could have had a more comfortable bed and closet space everything else I had no problem with I thank you for having a place to lay my head and felt safe.VVincentsSolo traveler

The food BL& D and drinks were great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a few dinners at the area restaurants, but most of our meals and snacks and drinks were at the Yachtsman. ALL meals at the restaurant were equally superb. ALL staff were well-trained and always cheerfully friendly -- trying hard to make our stay enjoyable in every way. The complimentary laundry was most helpful. And really liked the way the concierge arranged all our off-site activities and the way the hotel paid for them as we went along. Nice to have all expenses on the final bill.
