Our room was well decorated, very comfortable and a lovely size. The stairs were quite tight, but we took that as part of the adventure! The staff in the pub were very friendly & entertaining. The meals were great!

Everything about this hotel was great, I would definitely stay here again. Besides the room and bathroom, I would like to highlight the views from the hotel, they are so relaxing. Also, the restaurants (for breakfast and dinner) are very comfortable, beautiful, and very cozy (especially beside the fireplace at dinner, 100% necessary for our winter trip.

the staff were amazing. they had just experienced a kitchen fire three weeks before our arrival so unfortunately the dining room was closed. they took great care of us and made breakfast arrangements at a nearby hotel. we could just imagine what the ambiance would have been had they been fully operational. would love to return just to see how they are making out. one if the nicest and warmest experiences we have had.

The property and surrounding countryside are GORGEOUS. We absolutely loved staying here in this charming inn! We brought our baby, and there was a beautiful courtyard where we could eat and she could crawl around and look at plants. The staff were wonderful, the food was incredible, and overall, it was the most lovely part of our trip.

Great staff and breakfast included. We also liked how Stow-on-the-Wold had many shops to meet all your needs yet still retained that small village feel.
