The service was excellent and friendly. Our room had fine views over the river and the town.The cooking and presentation of the dishes for dinner were really excellent. At a guess (because we didn't try any others since the guides don't mention any other foodie hotspots in King's Lynn) this is the best restaurant in town. The hotel (and town) are full of history.

Also very nice bar & some tables outside where we sat in the sun. Great central location & although there was limited parking on site, there was car parks nearby. Had dinner in the hotel & breakfast was partial table service rather than a buffet for the hot food, which was nice.

Saying that is was good value the old side of the building looked impressive, at very good location and staff were very efficient and friendly and can have no complaints about the room.NathanSolo traveler
