We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It's a bit utilitarian, but for a place to stay while visiting London, it's great. The price was also reasonable. The hotel is a short walk to the Earls Court tube station and there are lots of food options nearby. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was a wonderful place to stay and will definitely be at the top of our list when visiting London again.

The room was nice, we received an SMS telling us the cleaner could not find the TV remote, it was sitting on the bed, I'm not sure if she did any cleaning at all

We were thrilled with our room, and the chance to stay in a historic (but updated) building. It was pretty empty being during the week right after New Year.We loved the opportunity to stay in a historic building. The room was huge and the internet lightning fast. Normally we would have hit the pub, but our family had been hit by a bad cold so we stayed in, and were really comfy.

Lounge /dinning room with the largest tv I've ever seen. Kitchen compact with everything you need, plus laundry room. We loved the clever heating system which gave 2hrs of heating at a time, so no waste of energy. The chocolates on the pillows was a wonderful surprise plus biscuits with the coffee machine. Thank you.
