    Having arrived we were advised that the room and pod I had booked were not together as only one room left the reception moved us to 2 pods together and we're upgraded free of charge excellent customer service a tribute to the oak tree inn. superb reception staff member./all staff welcoming and friendly in bar would definitely recommend if in this area

    Hotel is a little quirky but all the better for that. We had both breakfast and dinners and found the food excellent. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We have already booked a return visit.
