Great boutique hotel in the centre of the town. Staff were great. We had an interior room and it was very quiet, even with breakfast happening in the central patio. We would definitely stay there again!

They fed us and helped us with our luggage. Our room small, but clean and comfortable - and TV has many channels - even some in English. Breakfast was great. The breakfast buffet was very good and unlike some other reviews we did not notice any shortages in the food that was placed out. On our first night we enjoyed dinner at the hotel the portions were more than adequate the price was reasonable and the staff was very good. A 4 star hotel which is quite rare in Ecuador. Location is right in the center. My room had a most beautiful view. The restaurant was full of elegance and they served excellent meals. Although te restaurant is not cheap it was a wonderful experience to have dinner. The staff is professional and helpful.

Inner enclosed courtyard that let in the light and evoked colonial Ecuador. Not only was it beautiful, but the hosts there were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly with our stay. We could not have asked for more.
