The staff were outstanding, proficient and really knowledgeable. We went for dinner on the 5th empty room, Rohan was a delight and the food there was was really good. Breakfast the following morning along with the service was excellent.

Very bad accommodation experience! First of all, the landlord contacted me by phone and told me that the toilet in the reserved room was broken and I had to move to another apartment. When I arrived at the apartment he arranged, I had already handled all my luggage. At 7:30 PM, the landlord called me and told me that he had mistaken the guest and asked me to pack up my luggage and move back to the original apartment… I had already made a dinner reservation with a friend, but I had to cancel it . It made me very tired and disappointed.

I love the breakfast buffet offered during my stay at “Holiday Inn Express.” Also, I love the convenience of having a gym in the hotel.

The front desk staff were ( 2 gentlemen) were dishonest about my booking. Was given standard room instead of payed Executive room .The room stank, aircon didn’t work, no hot water & bath tap constantly leaking. Day 2 got the room fixed. Arrived back on 15/9/23 again for 2 nights. The room allocated was good but found safe not working. Went out for dinner and on return at 915pm found tools & boxes scattered in our room. The service from few front desk staff was like “ faulty Towers”

Great location with easy access to the train station and all other main attractions including St Lawrence Market. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. Hotel buffet breakfast was good with a good choice of hot and cold food. Room was a good size and we were facing an inner court yard so very quiet. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend.

The property was dirty. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. There was no kettle. We could not make any hot drinks at all. There was no cooking knife. I could not cook my dinner and breakfast. The laundry area was covered with dirt and hair so filthy and disgusting. The owner mis informed us about parking our car so as the result we had to pay CAD30 to Toronto city. While on my holiday I had to spend 2 hours filling the form to pay for my parking fine I received because the owner mis guided me it was so stressful.
