The place was a lovely stay and in a great location, very walkable. It was spacious, clean and had a nice sized kitchen to make meals. It has a little patio area and also a rooftop space for relaxing. Our host Sherline was friendly and very accommodating, giving us good recommendations and did laundry service.

I love the fact that this property gave such a cool, calm nature vibe but at the same time was in the heart of the town. Additionally, Francisco and Nelli are simply amazing. I intended to spend only one night and ended up staying for 3 and would've loved to stay more had time permitted. I would definitely be back.

The Front Desk Manager, Minnelli was the best. There was bottled water available in the front office. The pool was really nice.

Paula was AMAZING and helped us with so many things during our stay, including booking incredible activities and sorting out laundry! Falling leaves is located at the top of a hill so has great views and feels like you're staying right in the jungle, but are still able to walk into town to go for dinner. The food in the restaurant was great and exactly what we were hoping for during our time in Belize. The pool was also nearly finished and we had the chance to have a quick dip in it before we left.

We preordered breakfast for excursions the following mornings. Very convenient and on time. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful. We were very late returning from Tikal one evening and they went out of their way to help us get dinner in town.

Excellent staff, always helpful and friendly. Beautiful property in pretty setting close to river with natural pools and small waterfalls. Very tidy. Restaurant food was delicious, and the special dinner with local food selections and narration was very nice. Many tours are available with excellent guides. Nice place to do bird watching, a small nature walk is nearby. Inclined lift to river available. You can reach Big Rock Falls on foot within 30 minutes or with a short bike ride (bikes available).

The food at the restaurant was incredible. We ate there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner multiple times because it was so good. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The bed and sheets in our room were very soft and the room was clean. The outdoor shower was cool and the views from the room were fun to see wildlife. The pool is great and big enough even if it’s busy.

We’re a group of 6 friends and we stayed in the guest house. It was perfect. We loved the location - only a 20 minute walk to town or a short cab ride. The property is a garden oasis - the grounds are beautiful and such a contrast to the hustle bustle of San Ignacio. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed cool dips in the pool.

Our bungalow was great. I liked the hammock on our porch area. Be prepared for hills and stairs since the place sits on a hillside. The restaurant was good for breakfast but lacking for dinner. Drinks can take a while to get but were good. The coffee on site was expensive and not really worth it. We walked to Lola's, a few blocks away and it was worth it.

    - Fantastic quiet location with wonderful views - Walking distance from Xunaantunich, our favorite Maya site in Belize (el Castillo!) - Good breakfast and dinner, basic but inexpensive - Dominic the philosopher is funny, intelligent and very honest (we did not have the luck to meet his wife) Very recommended, value for money!
