The rooms are decorated in a very unusual and clever way, playing on the culture of wood from the region. The choice of high quality materials makes the place totally silent (when windows are closed) and you can just enjoy the view on the Traun river and the lake. Having dinner outside was quite a treat. Make sure you stay for lunch or dinner: the award given by Gault&Millau is perfectly deserved, this is the best place to eat in the region. Make sure also to book in advance, the place is famous in the region.
