rooms were new and clean. the spa looked decent (but i didn't get service there, have to book in advance- i've uploaded part of the spa menu on google maps, they do not understand how to email me the menu so you're welcome!). the pool is really tiny though don't expect a proper swimming pool. pretty quiet location even though they're situated in front of a big road. location is close to the airport. staff were friendly and helpful in general.

The staff were extremely helpful. They stored bags for us for multiple days while we visited other locations, allowed very early check-in for a small fee and helped organize taxis. The food was quite good and the decor was lovely.

Everything, Had spacious room. Internal facilities and furniture were simply what a fours star hotel should have. To add to it, even the restaurant was great and the staff was friendly and cooperative.

Staf is very helpful. Especially Alim tries to arrange everything including our transportation bookings and smiling all the time. Staf can speak English. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is rich and delicious

The staff at check-in upgraded my room free of charge. The room was super spacious: a big and comfy bad, a table with a chair, a little seating area, lots of storage, a spacious bathroom with ample counter space for toiletries. The room is nicely decorated and is simply well thought out and convenient. The bathroom had a hair dryer and toiletries. Breakfast was okay; lunch/dinner I ordered for room service was great, though. Spa needs a lot of work, but the masseuse is very skilful. What I really liked was that at checkout, the manager (owner?) asked me to provide feedback and carefully listened to all suggestions. He also offered a free airport transfer. That is a sign of great management, and I wish the hotel prosperity.

This place is elite! Beautiful and sparkling clean, extremely nice and helpful staff, a great spa, wonderful restaurant, I could go on and on. They gave me a room upgrade without me even asking and arranged taxis to/from the airport so my journey would be smooth.

It’s beautiful, even prettier in person than in its pictures. We were greeted warmly by the hotel staff who took excellent care of us during 7 day stay. Our room was spacious with plenty of closet and storage spaces and exceptionally clean. All the meals we enjoyed in their stylish restaurant were fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. The neighborhood is safe with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. We look forward to our next stay.
