Additional amenities include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a gas grill for when you want to spice up that home-cooked menu! <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. The city does not allow trash bins to be at the curb, only the bagged trash. If you are occupying this home on a Tuesday or Friday evening, please take the bagged trash from either the garage or the bins in the back of the home to the curb after 7 p.m. Gloves are provided and are by the trash bins.
