Enjoy all of the comforts and conveniences of home right in the heart of Groton. This brand new, modern and spacious 1 bedroom waterfront apartment is situated on Military Highway right on the Thames River. Explore the most popular landmarks of Groton including the USS Nautilus Museum without the need for a car, Everything is just around the corner. Every once and a while a train will go by but isn’t very often. This 800 square foot apartment was fully renovated in September of 2018. It is located on the river side and is a walkout basement apartment in a property with the separate upstairs being owner occupied on the coast of Groton with a view of the Thames River right out the front window! The apartment features modern furnishings and appliances, hardwood floors, 2 wall-mounted TV's, air conditioner, one queen-sized bed, a full size bed, sofa, and a full size air mattress The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave along with all of the necessary dishes, glassware and utensils you will need. The kitchen is also appointed with counter top appliances such as a toaster, coffee machine, rice cooker, and a stir fry steamer.
Clean linens and towels, coffee, tea, soap, shampoo and paper products are provided to all guests. This apartment is in owner occupied building. We ask that all guests enjoy themselves but be respectful of their neighbors. We have taken as many sound-proofing measures as possible between floors and units, but a small amount of noise may occasionally be heard as in any multi-unit building. Please keep this in mind if you are very easily disturbed or require absolute silence. THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD: Please, no loud parties, loud noise, or loud music after 10pm. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND AT RENTAL PROPERTY; PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
