Second Street Cottages is located on a a quiet side street in the historic Railroad District. This is the perfect location with all of the comforts and charm of a historic (renovated) home and still being steps away from the action and fun of downtown Ashland. The home was completely renovated in 2009 and is beautifully appointed and refreshed. Guests love the welcoming front porch to enjoy morning coffee, evening wine or curling up with a book. Each unit has a full kitchen with everything needed to make meals, washer and dryer, and quality amenities to enjoy a relaxing and fun visit.

I have lived in Ashland since 2006 and grow more enamored with each changing season!

Second Street Cottages is ideally located if you are looking forward to enjoying short walks to wonderful restaurants, world-class theatre, fabulous shopping, unique art, great coffee houses, exciting nightlife, wine tasting rooms, Lithia Park and more (all within one to three blocks of the house). Described as a “year-round paradise” Ashland draws visitors from around the world during all of its magnificent four seasons. This location is the perfect "home base" -- an hour and a half to Crater Lake (one of the “Natural Wonders of the World”); nearby Britt Festival brings renowned music and entertainment and over 200 wineries and micro-brew establishments in the region. Within minutes of downtown Ashland there is world class white water rafting, kayaking and fishing, mountain biking, hiking, birding, golfing, skiing, snowshoeing, and Creek to Crest and Pacific Crest Trails. Ashland has become a popular destination for wedding and annual family reunion location with an international airport less than 15 minutes away in Medford, OR. Both units on this property can be rented (depending upon availability) and will accommodate up to 13 guests.
