Downstairs, the cozy living room is furnished in sumptuous Southwest style and features a gas log fireplace. The dining area has table seating for four, plus there is a small snack bar with three stools for extra dining space. The pass-through kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware and all the appliances, including dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. A utility pantry at one end provides a clothes washer and dryer. The downstairs bathroom, located off the entry hall has a shower (no tub).
