Hello! Welcome to Grand Junction, if you’re looking for personal, affordable lodging with a great location to all of which our town has to offer then consider the Cozy Studio! The unit is part of a duplex structure and is a ground-level, single car garage that has been completely finished into a cozy, private, fully furnished studio.  Its got a shower, a garage, a private yard for your dog and a welcoming space to rest after your travels.
Hello! My name is Patrick and my wife Morgan and I manage many rental homes throughout our town of Grand Junction. I've been a landlord for the past eight years and have been hosting vacation rentals for almost four of those years. I enjoy providing homes for folks traveling through town and am always curious as to what new activities draw people out to Colorado from all over the world! We've been happily married for eleven years, I'm a father of four and my favorite hobbies are building motorcycles, fishing, snowmobiling, woodworking and welding.
The neighborhood hosts a couple conveniences just a block north from the Cozy Studio: gas station, Sugar & Ice Coffee Bar on North Ave, and a bicycle shop/service center. For a quick drive around town some highlights to visit are: downtown shopping/dining off Main St, Lincoln Park, Avalon Theatre, and Suplizio Field for minor league baseball. For delightful partial day trips, I recommend heading west on Grand Ave to Monument Dr to access some fun hiking, continuing west on I-70 toward neighbor town Fruita for access to the National Monument park, or head east on I-70 toward the Grand Mesa for all season activities such as fishing, boating, camping, cabin rentals, snowmobiling and skiing at Powderhorn Ski Resort. These are just a taste of all that Grand Junction has to offer!
