Guest manual: There is a Day Bed with Trundle Bed in the Sunroom, which also has laundry equipment. 2 Children can comfortably sleep there. The house has 4 beds and can sleep 6 people, with a preference of no more than 4 adults (for YOUR comfort). We've lived in the area since 1998. East Hill offers lots of opportunities to see everything Pensacola has to offer. We've found it to be the most convenient location in town. We are avid boaters and always launch from Bayview Park, just blocks from your stay. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do, and we are close by and available to answer any questions that you have, and respond to any issues quickly.

East Hill is convenient to everything! You'll be 5 minutes from downtown, and roughly 15 minutes to Pensacola Beach. You're also about 4 miles from the Airport. There are several restaurants, a bakery, and two salons within a few blocks. There's also a Publix Grocery store in the neighborhood for added convenience. Bayview Park offers boat ramps, picnic areas, playground equipment and tennis courts. East Hill has several City Parks, some with playgrounds, basketball courts, baseball diamonds. It's a great neighborhood for walks, or jogging.
