This totally remodeled and tastefully decorated one bedroom condo has fantastic views of the Roaring Fork Valley. Just steps from the upper parking lot, there are no stairs to negotiate. C1 is located at the quiet end of the complex. The condo has a 40" LED flat screen TV with a Blu Ray disc player. Other upgrades include a dishwasher, granite countertops, pantry, walk-in closet, hair dryer, and more. There's a loft, fireplace, and plenty of window views. You just have to walk down the hall to slap on your skis or soak in the outdoor hot tub! Maximum occupancy of 6 people strongly enforced! No pets and no smoking in the condo. (Designated outdoor smoking area available.)
