Bright and comfy. Newly resurfaced plunge pool. Barely 4ft at it's deepest. Cleaned weekly. NO heater, so unless it's sunny it might be chilly (depends on your preference) Six person spa with jets, waterfall and outdoor TV Four Smart TVs with SlingTV, Peacock, Disney+ and Netflix. High speed quick connect WiFi. Portable Bluetooth speaker Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, bakeware, mixing bowls/mixer, food storage. All kitchen utensils and measuring cups/spoons. Basic condiments and seasonings in small personal packaging. Water filter at kitchen sink Brita in fridge. Coffee maker, electric teapot and waffle iron. Air fryer oven and skillet cooktop. Convection oven. Microwave Central AC Washer and Dryer with detergent Bathroom with products (shampoo, conditioner, soap) Hair dryer Steamer for clothing. Dedicated workspace (desk, chair) No pets. No parties.
I love traveling, interior design and being a mom. This is my first home and while I moved out of state I come back often to visit friends and family. I've put in a lot of work over the years and hope you can enjoy it as a home away from home.
Favorite spots in the area is the Veranda outdoor shopping center with tons of fun for the family. Bellagio style fountains in front of the movie theater. There is an outdoor wine bar with firepit seating. Lawn area for the kids with weekend events. An escape room, Dave & Busters and plenty of shopping and dining. The Broadway Plaza is in Walnut Creek just a short drive and is an extensive area of shopping and dining. Check out the Rooftop bar for view. Limon for amazing Peruvian food. Havana's for Cuban cuisine and live salsa on the weekends. Modern China serves tapas until late and has a nice outdoor area with firepits and big screens. -2 miles from John Muir Concord -8 miles from John Muir Walnut Creek -10 miles to Kaiser Walnut Creek -6 miles to Kaiser Martinez -40 minutes from Napa and SF -60 minutes from Sacramento and San Jose
