5 acre estate property with ponds, streams, and a swimming lagoon with a waterfall. This has a panoramic view of the American River and Coloma/ Lotus Valley. You can see the whitewater rafting down below along with the picturesque state park. Stunning views !
I love to travel the world as you will see by many artifacts that are displayed. I collect artwork and antiques which you will also see here. I also love to read when time permits.
We are in the resort area of Placerville by Coloma where the James Marshall gold Discovery Park is one mile from us. There is a museum and panning for gold right near Sutter`s Mill in the state park. Also, whitewater rafting here along with hiking trails and many wineries.
