You'll enjoy views of the ocean from your private balcony, as well as an open floor plan that provides ample space for everyone to relax. This complex features wonderful shared amenities as well, including a large outdoor pool, a hot tub, fitness center, and tennis courts where you can practice your backhand. The Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail sits right outside the building, offering you easy access to Smathers Beach (half a mile east) and Indigenous Park (half a mile west). Once at the park, you can spend the day enjoying Higgs Beach, Higgs Beach Pier, and West Martello Tower.
