Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property within 24 hours. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Prepaid cards of any type are not accepted for payment.

This property does not accommodate bachelor or bachelorette or similar parties.

Guests are required to show photo identification and credit card verification (photo of the card and confirmation of a test amount) before being approved for check-in. Virtual Cards are not accepted. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Same Day Bookings 2-Hour Processing Time. We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival requirements are completed and approved, to provide access details. We ask that guests who are booking same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival requirements and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.

Third party reservations are not permitted. Special approval can be requested if the cardholder or Booking.com account owner completes a rental agreement stating they are booking on behalf of the guest.

Se't tornarà el dipòsit 7 dies després del check-out. Després de revisar l'allotjament i veure que tot està bé, et tornaran el dipòsit sencer a la targeta.
