This place is amazing. Nice and helpful staff. Comfortable room/bed. The bathroom is roomy with a hot, strong shower. Location is quiet. It's not in the middle of everything but easily walkable. Our building only had 3 rooms on one floor so it was very quiet. There are terraces on each of the buildings for viewing the hot air balloons or just to relax. Breakfast area is comfortable. Breakfast had variety. I loved the cheeses and veggies & greens to make a salad. We were there during Christmas/New year's so it felt cozy with the lights & holiday decorations. Plenty of parking. Side note: We used the Royal Balloon company for our hot air balloon ride and they were fantastic.

Nice location in a quiet area of Goreme within a walking distance to the city center. I can walk to both Goreme open air museum and a starting point of the love valley hiking route. Comfortable bed, spacious room, clean bathroom. There is also a rooftop where you can see the view and balloon. Excellent breakfast buffet with varieties of Turkish breakfast and some menu changed everyday (i.e. soup). I also directly booked the sunrise balloon with Royal Balloon at a special rate for the hotel customer and it turn out to be the most memorable day during my stay in Cappadocia !!

Like the name suggests, it was a royal experience. 10 mins walking to the red valley where the hot air balloons take off. Even if you aren't doing the hot air balloon you can see it from the dedicated terrace of the hotel. The room gives you a royal feel and it was just perfect.

The staff was so considerate and helpful-- when I arrived, they offered to pause the construction going on below my room so I could sleep! They also gave me some delicious juice on arrival. The breakfast was really delicious and had great variety. There were different hot foods each day, as well as cheeses, breads, yogurt, cereals, boiled eggs, juices, etc, etc. My room was quite spacious and had a fridge and balcony. It seemed quite clean, and you could press a button if you wanted your room to be cleaned each day. The location is very good, although you do have to cross a highway to get to the larger business area of Goreme. Not a big deal at all, though. There are also some very good restaurants nearby this hotel that I probably wouldn't have seen if I had stayed in the busier area (again, it's a 5 minute walk there). Overall great experience!!

Location is great. 5 minutes walk to downtown. There is Everything necessary same as 5 star hotel in the room. Breakfast is good. I will stay here next visit for sure.

The room was better than I expected, like a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. We stayed for 2 nights and I had not sampled all the pastries yet, maybe next time. The hotel staffs were very responsive and they answered questions that I had even before my stay very promptly. I booked my balloon ride with them too and it was an experience of a life time. The hotel is the meeting place for the Royal Balloon so it was really convenient. There were parking in front of the hotel.

This hotel exceeds my expectation. The room is very comfortable and has full facilities and amenities. The breakfast is excellent with variety of food. It was the best breakfast I had during my 2-week trip in Turkiye. The hotel staff is very helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you do not mind to stay at a cave hotel.

The hotel is wonderful, clean quite and equipped with everything, awesome view in the city center, close to everything, and the view is amazing. I'm very happy. The gentleman at reception is very polite and very helpful. He speaks English and helped me with everything. all stuff are nice and welcoming they helped in Exchange and excursions. And transportation to the airport. The breakfast is varied, fresh and very tasty. This hotel is the best hotel I have seen in Turkey. Istanbul, Izmir and Fethiye hotels. I stayed in Marmaris, Antalya, Bodrum and Trabzon, but this is the best .. Nouran Tawfik

The staff was outstandingly kind and helpful, very alert on all the needs I might have and giving suggestions around on how to move around the city and where to eat. It was a cozy hotel room with hot water and all the basic facilities needed. Very clean and modern looking, while giving the vibe of the cave because the buildings are done with limestone bricks. Very good price/quality ratio as well. Overall, great experience.
