Our hotel is a historical mansion in the oldest quarter of Avanos, at the top and with one of the most beautiful views. This is the house where Ali Efendi, who was the first mayor of Avanos, and Hasan İnce, who served as mayor in the forties, lived. It underwent restoration in the following years. All five rooms are named after the people who lived here historically. Sunrise and sunset can be watched in our hotel. From the moment the hot air balloons take off, they can be seen from the windows of your rooms and from the terrace. Our hotel has different outdoor areas. These are open to public use. You can take your drinks and enjoy the view.

Me and my wife run this place together. Because we are social people, meeting new people and new cultures has always made us happy. That's why we don't want to do this job. We have an international view of life and we have a lot to learn from all nations. We are very excited to chat with our guests and learn new things about the lives they live. My wife is a ceramic artist and I am an archaeologist. We can inform our guests a lot about the history and art of this place and chat about it. We would like to offer our guests, who come here, our conversation on history and art, and our wine and coffee.

We are in the oldest neighborhood of Avanos. All around this place smells of history. There are many examples of traditional Cappadocia stone houses that have survived from history. Our neighborhood is within walking distance of Avanos bazaar center. There are many restaurants, bars, entertainment venues and art workshops nearby. Avanos living heritage museum is just 400 meters walk away. Our guests can come to our hotel by walking from the poets street full of statues of national poets. The historical holiday hill of Avanos is just 100 meters away. It has a very beautiful view. Our distance to the markets is around 200 meters. There are also ATMs and restaurants next to them.
