Please note that the Hillside zone room types are only accessible by Cable Car. This offers a unique jungle experience and great sea views while travelling to/from the room. For the comfort and safety of all guests, this service may be slow and guests may experience short delays. The Cable Car operates from 07:00 - 23.00 hrs. While the Cable Car service is closed, guests may contact the reception for a transportation service.

The property provides a free schedule shuttle bus to Patong on a daily basis. Guests are required to make an advanced reservation at the reception and each trip has a maximum capacity of 24 passengers. Please be informed that during low tide at Nakalay Bay, the water level recedes exposing stony coral beds and may cause inconveniences in swimming. This happens approximately six hours a day at non-fixed times. Please contact the property staff directly for more information. During this time, guests are recommended to use the property’s large lagoon pool or take advantage of the activities offered at the resort.
